So the follow up to my previous comcast post from before is that on sunday between 6-9 (7pm) they showed up. They flipped the switch to allow my TV to work, but were un able to get the internet working. so they called the same number i've been calling to talk to comcast, the first time they were on hold 25 minutes before getting through, and the second time they were on hold 30 min before giving up and just leaving. They said that hopefully today they'd remotely get it working.

It still doesn't work.
