its NOT comcastic

so now they think its a problem with the modem and need to come and switch it (which means i need to be home)

I know it is NOT a problem with the modem, b/c 2 days before when i was in my previous apartment it worked. there is no reason why unplugging it, transporting it gently, and plugging it in again would break it.
