8 Cups a day???

So as you all know, we are supposed to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. A glass being 8 fluid ounces. Recently I have actually been trying to reach that goal and its MUCH harder than you'd expect. The biggest problem is that I dont like water, so instead of plain water i'm doing sparkling water or flat water with a flavor mixed in. I'm not sure if either of those count, but for the past 2 days I've made it to 8 glasses! Its been tough, but I powered through and made it. The other problem besides not liking water, is that there is no tap water at work I can drink. The sinks are all nasty and none of which have filters. Also, the fridge is so far. All i have are the warm bottles of deer park water that i brought in and have sitting by my desk :(

What do you drink normally? I think almost any fluid counts since it's usually 99% water. Unless there are chemicals in it (like caffeine or salt water) that require even more water for your body to process.

It is so hard to do this... I don't find it feasible.

I'd say flavored water, etc. counts as long as it doesn't have sweetners though as Joe says you can get a portion of your fluids from other beverages.

Cool water idea: Freeze your refilled Deer Park bottles and then bring them to work with a hand towel (to soak up the condensation as they defrost).
